Scauniskè: (sweet panzerotti) sweet stuffed pastry pillows filled with grape jam, quinces, chopped walnuts and almonds, and orange and lemon zest.
Fucazzieddo: a tart with a filling of grape jam, quinces, walnuts, almonds, orange and lemon zest, with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and sugar petals.
Puddiche: sweet bake rolls.
Taradde allu pepe: savoury bake rolls with pepper.
Palomma / scarcedda: the dough used for sweet bake rolls with a boiled egg set in it.
Pizzetti di cannella: small pieces of pastry flavoured with cinnamon and covered with white icing.
Taradde scatate: the dough for bake rolls without salt, boiled in water and covered in white icing.
Musctazzule: made from a mixture containing various uneaten bake rolls and biscuits brought together and covered with chocolate icing.
